While I'm usually a stickler for detail, I must admit that I quite like the hair style you've given him. His clothing attire is perfect! I won't ask you to endure the torture of having to recreate it if you don't want to, I fully understand you're contempt for canon-Sasuke.
I assume this is just a rough stretch right? If so, I can hardly wait for the finished picture.
